CHAT BOTS IN INDIA

Chatbots are entering our lives for all our day to day needs from booking tickets, banking institutions, medical fields, insurance planning queries etc., being from basic messaging app chatbot is changing the game for getting things done. As customer satisfaction is major objective of organisations all are focusing on merging applications like chatbots to help people with things done easier.

Chatbots are making trend around the tech world, its growth is faster than expected rate. Many start-ups in India are also experimenting Artificial Intelligence and chatbots for information acquisition. We are going to see some chatbots which are applied practically.

Jinie

Jinie is the first HR chatbot in India. This chatbots is mainly focusing on to build a strong relationship between HR and employee. It is launched byPeople Strong, India’s leading human resource solutions and human resource technology.

Jinie is like personal assistant who can help in solving queries in connection with HR and roles & responsibility of an employee. As it is more users friendly HR will be able to provide the next level of experience to the employees. If an employee is new to organisation he may have some queries around things that happening. Jinie maintains a database with all its employee details. A new employee can get details regarding the projects he/she is assigned, details of team members and roles & responsibility. Jinie takes the relationship between organisation, employee and HR to the next level.

EVA

Eva is India’s first banking chatbot. HDFC Bank launched an electronic virtual assistant (EVA), for customer services. Eva collects information from thousands of services and answers to all customer queries. With the use of Eva bank customers can get information on bank products and services instantaneously. Within few days of Eva launch, it has served over 1 lakh queries from different countries across the world. They are developing Eva to handle banking transaction which will enable HDFC Bank to offer the real power of conversation banking to their customers.

Niki.AI

Niki.ai allows users to make bill payments, cab/bus/hotel booking, phone recharging, providing home services, food ordering and making payment of insurance premium. It connects with the respective business partners to provide services for the customer queries. Niki.ai was launched by IIT alumni Sachin Jaiswal, Keshav Pravasi, Nitin Babel and Shishir Modi.

Lawbot

Lawbot was maintained by cruixQ a Chennai based chatbot which was founded by Beli A B and Manasvini Krishna This chatbot app allows reviewing legal documents, license agreements and find out the errors in the document. It saves lot of time to the users as they no need to make time to meet concern person. This also helps lawyers to draft a solution with suggested clauses. Lawbot mainly focus on large corporate concerns where they have to review a large number of contracts and agreements.

Fynd

Fynd is a popular app for peoples to change their normal way shopping for fashion apparels and accessories. It is a fashion discovery app where you can get the latest trends and clothing from the top retail industries. They have launched a bot service called “Fify” where you can get information for fashion accessories, bags, clothing, etc. Fynd was founded by Farooq Adam, Sreeraman MG and Harsh Shah

Customer gets to know about more products through fynd. The app makes easier to users to see the product images, price and other queries or information about the products. The users can also make payment through webpage. If willing, the customers can also discuss about the product with the other users.
